Let him go

I saw a ghost today
His ghost
In a ordinary Wednesday, walking around a shopping mall
The man wore a plaid shirt and glasses, just like he used to
For a moment, I ran. I chased him.
Then I remembered my friend had a dream in which he would tell her I needed to let him go.
So I let him go.
For the first time,  I let him go.
